How this bot works

Same idea as Bot A, but faster: every hour it scores every pair of venues (Hyperliquid, Binance, Bybit, OKX) for every coin.
Score = half the last 24 h spread + half the last 3 days.
It swaps its weakest trade for a better one when the better one pays at least 24%/yr more (the 0.2% switch cost is paid back in 3 days).
It runs next to Bot A to answer one question: does moving fast beat holding?
